Final Major Project : NSX GT3 Evo - Update 11

I've been spending time going in and adding further details to specific areas, just to bring the overall level of detail to a higher quality. As these were finite adjustments they were hard to document, but the wheels and tyres were a good example. I started by painting in more normals onto the tyre itself, replicating the information that is printed on the side. I then moved into the brake discs and combining painted normals with alphas and roughness values, created more interest and detail on these pieces. I'm really pleased with how these look now, but at the time they will still missing one feature. Through almost all of my reference for the car, most of the NSX models have a black ring on the rim, but I found a select few that had a red ring with a gold centre. This looked a lot more visually interesting and I think it really helped bring a pop of colour to an otherwise dark area.

The final mesh in Substance Painter.

I also added my signature to the back of the car, in place of the Pro/Pro-AM sticker that would be on the back.
