I decided that the blue paint didn't quite have the final touch I wanted. So I added lerps and a fresnel node to allow me to combine two colours together with a gradient mask. I made it have a slightly darker tint with a darker colour mixed. This adds a nice variant to the paintwork shown below.
For a couple of the materials, I created them within Substance Designer. Creating the wire mesh I followed a tutorial to get a pattern that resembled roughly what I needed and then changed elements to better match the final result.

Below is how I created the reflectors around the car. I wanted each tile to have a gradient connected to it so the light would reflect in an interesting way, as well as matching the pattern on the original car. This material I used within Substance Painter rather than directly on the mesh, but it was still a good approach to use Designer in my opinion.
These two materials I created but unfortunately didn't use in the final scene. The leather material I started wouldn't translate correctly into UE4 and I found so much of the detail was lost that it wasn't worth continuing, and I was better off working in Painter. The cobblestone was just an idea I attempted for a slightly more interesting scene. However, it looked very out of place when put in with the car so I decided to stick with an infinity screen instead.
