Final Major Project : Miura P400 SV - Update 08

This is the finished blockout of the Miura. I was mainly focused on getting the functionality of the vehicle, as well as the correct scale for detailed areas such as the interior and engine bay. There are parts of the body work that are not correct, but I knew I could create these accurately without the need of a blockout, so I didn't want to waste time adding unnecessary detail.
This is arguably one of the most detailed blockouts I've created to date. However, I know the complexity and difficulty of creating a vehicle to a high standard and I wanted to give myself the best foundation possible to do this. Blocking out this model has allowed me to figure out a great deal of complex forms ahead of time. This is significantly easier to do now when I'm using a few hundred tris, as appose to later when it's a few hundred thousand.

The finished engine blockout. This is by far the most complex component, but as long as it visually fit the space required I was happy. I will need to spend a great deal of time creating this asset, so a simple blockout will be sufficient for now.
